My read on it is that if you provide an email you get your one single rental coupon by telecommunicate. Otherwise your one hit coupon arrives via Cliffy Clavin. Not two coupons per month.

Yes - I had to install an IE plug-in too. I think the Discovercard site is not one that you have to be concerned about.
