I am trying to act a survey with 10 questions. I have managed to get it to work and it sends an email. However. I need to see the survey questions and the answers. Can I program appeal to send this information. All I get right now is that they took the analyse and when they took it. I am working with Captivate 2.
The easiest way to gather data in a meaningful way would be to use a Learning Management System (LMS). If you are committed to sending Quiz data via email the solution would first be to select Interactions and score from the Reporting Level area of the examine Reporting preferences. Then send the examine results to an email communicate as an attachment. You could then drop the raw data into Access. Since every analyse say will have a unique ID you will be able to map the Access data to the survey questions.
