First i want to say i understand that you guys had wed evening - friday off for the holidays and the staffing of GMs over the weekend is very limited so im sure you guys are busy.. I guess i was just expecting by now on monday atleast one of my 2 petitions (seperate accoutns) would have been atleast looked at I tried accessing live chat and it is down. redirects you to email support.. its monday and by your timeline should be up I then tried calling CSR and the phones just ring unanswered.. Can we get some update as to the status of of CSR and some prgress report of backlogged petitions please? I do understand you are busy and even expected that my petitions may take until this evening to even get addressed. its the complete lack of being able to access live chat or even call you guys that has me frusterated. Ive seen others also discouraged by this today. some type of update/ answer from you guys even if its not favorable (ex: petitons probably wont be caught up till wednsday but we are working on them) would be better than sitting in the dark @Zatozia: could you please try and get us an update on how long chat will be down aswell as maybe how far along they are on catching up petitions? would be nice by now to know whats going on i have 5 guildies missing their corpses since 5 days (litteraly nakkid) + around 30 with bugged quests/missing items. I tried Live Chat a few weeks ago for a couple of days when there was a problem with my SoF billing (still no resolution to that but that is another story) and kept getting re-directed to the email support. No holiday to claim as an issue then so I am guessing that there is a problem with that system that is not being reported. Last time I had to get rolled back and lost xp couldn't join my raid that night so I wasn't able to bid on an item I wanted and suffered other problems which I am sure I am going to suffer even worse because there are more of these problem croping up. They are a little behind on the petitions due to the holiday break but they are working hard trying to get the petitions answered as soon as they can. If you submitted a petiton have patience they will get to it as soon as possible. If you need to add additional information to your petition due to the passage of time please do so. Also please note that the same could be said for the Technical Support side of things. You may experience delays. Guildie who lost all his gear to a crash early last week just got it back today so they must be catching up. I'm still missing my epic that poofed on Friday and hoping to get it back soon.
